We live in challenging times where everything we have come to know is rapidly changing. Psychotherapy can benefit anyone who is seeking a deeper understanding and connection with themselves and the people around them. With increasing rates of stress, depression, anxiety, negative thoughts, feeling stuck or hopeless, troubled relationships, people are feeling more isolated and less able to function well, either at home, work or in their community.

Through psychotherapy, clients are able to explore, understand and discuss feelings and emotions in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Talking to a trained professional, other than a friend or family member has been proven to be beneficial and very effective, as clients can truly express everything they want and need to say. Psychotherapy is a gentle exploratory process of uncovering limiting beliefs, patterns, behaviours, shadows, feelings, emotions, lifestyle habits that have negatively impacted your life. Together, we work to help you find new ways to think, feel and act.

I use a variety of techniques and modalities, including Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Inner Bonding Therapy, Inner Child Work, Solutions Based Therapy & Spiritual Therapy, to increase your awareness of your conscious self and to begin the process of transformation and change.

I customize my approach with each client based on their individual needs, drawing on other tools such as focusing, visualizations, meditation, yoga therapy, chakra balancing, sub-personalities, shadow work, dream therapy and more.

Sessions are 1 hour in length, and are held weekly, in-person or via Skype. Some clients request or require a longer time. I welcome this. Please state this in your appointment request, and I will quote you the appropriate charges.
